DVLA APPROVED SUPPLIER - We are a DVLA approved supplier of vehicle number plates - we only supply plates that conform with INF104
GENERAL PUBLIC - We will require original documents to make plates for the general public - proof of entitlement for registration number and ID to confirm your name and address - please see section 6 of INF104

TRADE RNPS (SID) - As long as you are registered with the DVLA and have a number from them we can supply plates or materials to you without documentation - If you are not registered then please see section 6 of the above - you can also check if you are on the DVLA database HERE
REGISTER WITH THE DVLA - You can register your business with the DVLA if you supply number plates HERE
ORDERS - Please email all orders to sales@plate-pal.com

DELIVERY - We use the following companies when shipping our goods to you - Fedex - UK Mail - Royal Mail or Hermes - expected delivery dates and tracking numbers will be supplied if available.
QUALITY MATERIALS - We only use materials that comply with the current British standard - useful information on legislation can be found HERE
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS - There are various ways to fit new plates to your vehicle - see our FIXINGS page for kits.

STICKY PADS

Please make sure that the part of the vehicle that you are fitting the plates to is completely clean and dry - otherwise the plates
will just fall off.

DRILLING ACRYLIC PLATES

When drilling acrylic number plates - make sure you drill through the rear of your new plates - take your time - use the correct drill bit and drill slowly.
